Terms & Conditions
The Camp on Wheels Preferred Campground Partner Program ("the Program") is a referral partnership between Camp on Wheels and independent campground owners ("Partners"). Partners who register and are approved receive a unique discount coupon code to share with their guests, and earn a commission on bookings made using that code. In exchange, Partners consent to being featured as a "preferred campground" on camponwheels.ca and in Camp on Wheels marketing materials.
Each Partner's coupon code provides a 10% discount off the base nightly rental rate of a Camp on Wheels vehicle booking, excluding optional add-ons, Outdoorsy service fees, and applicable taxes. For every completed booking made using a Partner's coupon code, Camp on Wheels pays the Partner a commission equal to 10% of that same base nightly rental rate.
Coupon codes are issued solely by Camp on Wheels and created directly within Outdoorsy's coupon system. Approved Partners receive their unique code as printed coupons mailed to the address provided at registration. Each Partner receives one active coupon code. Camp on Wheels may deactivate, expire, or reissue a coupon code at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse.
Coupon usage is tracked through Outdoorsy's own coupon redemption records. Commission payouts are calculated and issued at Camp on Wheels' discretion; no fixed payout schedule is guaranteed. Payouts are made by e-transfer to the contact provided at registration. Each Partner is solely responsible for reporting and for any taxes owed on commission payments received under this Program.
By registering, the Partner consents to Camp on Wheels publishing the campground's name, address, description, and website as a "preferred campground" on camponwheels.ca and in Camp on Wheels marketing materials, including print, social media, and email. This consent remains in effect until withdrawn in writing (email is sufficient), at which point Camp on Wheels will remove the listing within a reasonable time.
This Program is a referral and marketing partnership only. Partners are not employees, contractors, business partners, or agents of Camp on Wheels, and have no authority to make representations or enter into agreements on Camp on Wheels' behalf.
Either party may end a Partner's participation in the Program at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). Camp on Wheels may deactivate a Partner's coupon code at any time. Bookings already confirmed before termination continue to honor their original discount and commission; no bookings made after termination are eligible under the Program.
Camp on Wheels may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms.
The Program is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camp on Wheels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
